There is a strong possibility of this happening with the partnership of PRTC, FOC, Preston County Commission, the City of Kingwood and the National Park Service's Rivers & Trails Program. NBG is an initiative to create a national network of interconnected bike roads and pathways that are safe for all cyclists to ride. Next year, I want to shake the hands of Kingwood's Mayor along with the Mayor of Morgantown and Pittsburgh!
